MSI 865G Neo2-PLS REQ64# Issue (see below)
Supermicro X6DAL-XTG 6300ESB South Bridge chipset

About the REQ64# Issue:
REQ64# is a signal of the PCI bus, and should be set to the LOW level only when accessing 64-bit data. However, some motherboards have the REQ64# signal set to the LOW level permanently. In systems with these motherboards, EDIUS SP/NX (PCI controller-PLX) hardware misrecognizes the 64-bit access mode and as such, accesses as 32-bit twice and the 32-bit PCI bus has to set the REQ64# signal to the HIGH level. This issue is a result of motherboard design.
