Grass Valley EDIUS Pro software provides complete compatibility and support for OHCI FireWire-equipped PCs. Although EDIUS Pro is designed to work offline and independently of any video hardware, its support for IEEE 1394 OHCI FireWire controllers provides editors with connectivity to HD devices such as the HDV cameras and decks manufactured by Sony, JVC, Canon, and Panasonic DVCPRO HD* VTRs, such as the AJ-HD1200A, as well as all standard FireWire-equipped SD decks and cameras.
